We at Krüger & Partners believe in a pragmatic and carefully thought-out approach with a feeling for the persons involved and their interests. We carry out an integrated analysis of the company so that we can identify areas which require special attention. By doing so, we make the situation crystal-clear and use our findings to show what alternative solutions may be available and what the financial and other consequences may be. We will work closely with you to arrive at the most appropriate and sound decisions. We translate our advice into concrete recommendations, with a time frame and solid forecasts. These are set out in a concise and accessible report that can be used by you and any other stakeholders. Where possible we work closely with your accountant, tax adviser and/or lawyer.

Experience has shown that it is often a trusted business partner such as your accountant, a shareholder or supervisory director, your financier or business colleague who recommends Krüger & Partners to you. First we will get to know you in an initial meeting and together establish what advice you need for what problem. Assuming that things click between us, you engage our services based on a written order confirmation. We work in a hands-on way, with both feet firmly on the ground, in the interests of your company. Naturally all our work for you is strictly confidential.
